Guinea pigs trained as FBI secret agents...you're getting the idea! This is a fun movie for kids aged 4 to 8 and my eldest daughter loved it. The action sequnces are great but the dialogue is not! The 3-D effects are ace though. (43 words)

Wrote, directed and starring Zach Braff of Scrubs. Although nothing notable happens in the film, its highly enjoyable and you never feel bored. The chemistry between Braff and Portman is amazing. highly recommended. (33 words)

Zach "Scrubs" Braff wrote, directed and starred in this understated but beautifully observed story of an actor in his mid-twenties returning home for his mother's funeral. Nothing really happens but we see Braff make a breakthrough in his guilt for injuring his mother when he meets Sam (Nathalie Portman). (49 words)

A GPS is one of those things which you buy on a whim but after using it would be terribly hard to stop. I have driven with it for around 8,000 miles and the simple fact is that during this time I have never got lost. QED. (47 words)

Compared to the Streetpilot III better functionality, maps and battery in a package the size of a mobile phone. The only annoyance is the windshield mount which doesn't stick. But that's easy to resolve. After selling the old one a zero cost move well worth making. (46 words)

This is a high end unit with onboard route planning, voice direction and house number resolution. It breezed through London where there's lots of high buildings and short notice route changes. When going through tunnels it re-acquired the signal in seconds. Even a cold boot takes only around 30 seconds. (50 words)

Alan Bleasdale's epic tale of corruption in an English town hall in the early nineties covers such a broad area that it sometimes loses focus. But whenever it comes back to Michael Palin or Robert Lindsay it becomes dramatic gold, they both give the performances of their lives. (48 words)

The autobiography of "gingers" life as a horse trainer but also about he outside world strongly dedicated to his wife, children and car sales. As a liverpool boy you may not always agree with his views but he is being himself, a good read. (44 words)

An all star cast can't quite lift this extremely foul mouthed movie from it's stage based past. Although Pacino and Jack Lemmon put in really good performances the sets, lack of movement and pace are just too much. But, if you didn't mistrust salesmen before you would after this. (49 words)

This album is dripping with glam influences. From the opening track the mixture of grinding synths and stomping beats never lets up. The songs are quite catchy, causing the odd listener to start humming “Oh La La” on peak hour trains. OK, it was me. But you will too! (49 words)

Childish and hugely offensive lyrics but great fun. The hooks are original and the lyrics are hilarious. Stand out tracks are Self Suicide and Guns Dont Kill People (Rappers Do). I'd love to see what the US makes of a Welsh collective doing it better than a lot of them. (50 words)

The Welsh boyos are even ruder (and I mean rude as in swearing) than in their debut album. As before, the GLC manage some very funny songs (Bad Boy Limp is a stand-out) and samples (Grange Hill and The Snowman!). This album is definately a guilty pleasure! (47 words)

Anime cartoon definately not for children, PG12 in Britain. Set in Japan at the end of World War II. This is the story of a brother and sister, 12 and 3 years old respectively and how, together, they cope with their difficulties. This is the most depressing/saddest film I've seen. (50 words)

Don`t get me wrong, I like `Raymond` and `King of Queens` but this movie about meat salesman is a cold turkey. I tried desperately to like it, faking laughs, but after 30 mins admitted to myself I sould have spent the time making a steak sandwich instead. Time well spent (50 words)

This 1990s classic focuses on a local weatherman (played by Bill Murray) who’s sent out on assignment where suddenly he is stuck in the same day, over and over again. A great idea, one that still stands the test of time. Guaranteed to make you fall off the couch laughing. (50 words)

Well what the hell was that all about? Jason "American-Pie" Biggs plays a 70s soldier stuck on a remote Greenland army base full of strange people who's only task is to remain as sane as possible. Entertaining in an odd sort of way but the story never comes to life. (50 words)
