Miscellany book-style site generally for men. Claims to be the online answer to Schotts Miscellany and/or the Dangerous Book for Boys. Surf around the menu, the site turns out to be pretty big, no forums etc, but some decent pics and loads of info! (44 words)

The incredibly funny weblog of a UK based called centre manager. It has undertones of The Office but is far more vitriolic. (22 words)

Blogs are now so passé, photoblogs are the way forward. THe idea is that you publish photos alone instead of rambling text. There are some very talented people out there. (30 words)

Found great site recently to buy tyres online. Bestbuytyres provided the whole service for me I just purchased online and they did the rest. What was even better was there was great tyre choice and they weren't expensive! I will definitely buy from them again. (45 words)

This simple online game site is hugely addictive. You create a country and are posed questions about how you want the country to run, your decisions impact the power, economy and civil liberties of your subjects. Interesting stuff and a good ten minutes of fun every day. (47 words)

Another round-table podcast featuring some true geeks. They discuss a wide range of technologies which are featuring in the news each week including Macs, Microsoft, games, DVDs and sometimes movies. The discussion is always interesting and humourous, provided a nice easy way to keep up with general geek news. (49 words)

As the name suggests these guys are true geeks. What's nice though is that there is a mixture of Mac experience from recent switchers to old hands so you get geek talk but about all areas of the wonderful Mac world. Ranging from tips and tricks through to news commentary. (50 words)
